Team Fishel, the BestChoice Employer in the utility construction and network installation business, is hiring Natural Gas Crew Leaders in Rochester, PA. The Natural Gas Crew Leader will be responsible for assisting the project Supervisor by managing the daily job site situations, maintaining a safe and accident free working environment, and being accountable for quality and productivity for our customers in the Natural Gas Distribution industry.
Starting pay range for this position is $25 - $30 / hour and will be commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience.
Responsibilities:- Review plans and permits
- Establish daily crew goals
- Communicate with customer
- Monitor progress
- Evaluate Teammate performance and provide coaching
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License strongly preferred
- Customer specific Operator Qualifications required
- Certification in First Aid/CPR is desired
- 18 years old with High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Three years related experience in construction
- Ability to communicate with Teammates and customers
