We are a small group of 4* hotels based in South Wales and the South West of England. We have 3 hotels altogether based in Cardiff Bay, Bristol City Centre and Plymouth. All of our hotels offer large comfortable Canadian beds, conference and meetings centres and bespoke individual restaurant and bar areas. Our hotels offer a wide range of amenities to cater for both corporate and leisure guests; we have developed an excellent reputation within our locations boasting 4* hospitality at an affordable rate – our exceptional returning guest rate is testament to our staff and hotels.

The Role: We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie. You will be reporting directly to the Head Chef and have the ability to lead some shifts in theirs or the Sous Chef's absence. You will be responsible for assisting in developing the skills and knowledge of junior kitchen staff and leading the pass when on shift.
The ideal candidate will already be a Chef de Partie ideally within a hotel environment, but extensive experience in a restaurant and banqueting environment working with fresh produce will be considered. You will be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic with a passion for hospitality and be able to work in a team and also independently. Our hotels and conference centres are busy establishments, therefore this is very much a hands on role.
