We’re looking for a passionate, people-focused leader to join our award-winning team. This is no ordinary role – you’ll start your journey in a roaming position, travelling across our stunning collection of Pubs and Inns to support and lead teams in different locations. This gives you the unique opportunity to experience the diversity of our sites, learn from our brilliant managers, and prepare to take the reins of your very own Butcombe Pub in the future. From premium dining pubs with boutique bedrooms to vibrant community favourites, you’ll be immersed in the heart of our business, living our values and driving exceptional guest experiences wherever you go.

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as you’ll be regularly visiting and working at different sites.
