About the Role:
Our Toyota dealership has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technician. Working in a dedicated team of ten, our Technicians provide a first class service to all customers of the dealership. As a market leader, Toyota has the widest range of EV and Hybrid vehicles in the market and the successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, repair and diagnostics of the range of Toyota vehicles ensuring that work undertaken is of the highest quality. Customer satisfaction is one of our key metrics and therefore, our Technicians are a key part of the dealership team driving our high customer satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a first class service to all customers of the dealership by servicing, repairing and diagnosing all Toyota vehicles, including EV and Hybrid models.
Qualifications:
Experienced Technician / Mechanic with a qualification to NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair or equivalent, or have demonstrable significant skills and knowledge. Main dealership experience is advantageous, but we also welcome applications from those who have worked at reputable independent garages, fast fit centres or car supermarkets.
Work Conditions:
This post is offered on a 40 hour week, Monday to Friday basis. Saturday mornings are worked on a rota and paid as overtime. The role is on a full time basis with rota Saturday mornings payable as overtime.
