Salary: £29,500 with a potential OTE of £33,000.

Our Renault dealership has an opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join us and to work within our busy and successful Service Department. As the Service Advisor, you will be the main point of contact for our service customers. You will ensure that customers are called in advance of their visit and on arrival you will take them through all the necessary paperwork, ensuring that all the technical terms are explained clearly. After this, your role will be to set expectations with the customer and keep them updated throughout the repair of their vehicle. When the work is complete you will be responsible for taking payment and selling any additional products that may be of benefit to the customer which can include retention products.

We are looking for an individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues. Effective time management and organisational skills are needed to ensure that bookings and servicing are carried out efficiently. The successful candidate will have a desire to take control of their own earning potential with the ability to sell additional products and services to our customers. Previous experience in an automotive customer service role is essential.

Please note this position is based on a 45 hour week working Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm with Saturday mornings worked on a rota basis and paid as overtime.
