Fish Brothers XPENG in Swindon has an exciting opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Senior Sales Executive.

About the Role:

Leadership and Team Support

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance and support to the sales team.
• Lead and facilitate daily sales meetings, ensuring clear communication of objectives, performance updates and priorities.
• Assist with coaching and developing team members to improve individual and team performance.
• Support Head of Business in maintaining a positive, motivated and high-performing sales environment.
• Oversee the effective management of leads, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate record keeping and strong lead conversion activity.
• Monitor sales performance and support the team in achieving dealership targets and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Ensure customer order forms are completed accurately and within the required timescales, while monitoring and recording lost sales to support reporting and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Manage and maintain the dealership's presence and performance on AutoTrader and internal website.
• Oversee vehicle listings and enquiries generated through 3rd party websites, ensuring prompt responses and maximising conversion opportunities.

Vehicle Valuations

• Carry out vehicle appraisals and trade-in valuations using BCA Valuations, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing.

Compliance

• Ensure all sales processes are completed in accordance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Promote best practice across the sales team to maintain high standards of documentation and customer care.
