Based at our newly refurbished Ashworth Road dealership in Swindon, this is a rare opportunity to play a leading role in launching and establishing a completely new automotive brand in the UK market.
As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of the sales operation and play a key role in establishing LEPAS within the Swindon market. You will lead from the front, driving performance while creating an environment where colleagues can thrive, develop, and succeed. You will be responsible for developing a motivated, customer‑focused team capable of delivering excellent results alongside a premium customer journey.
This role requires a balance of strong commercial awareness, operational discipline and inspirational leadership. You will be expected to maintain high standards across customer experience, FCA compliance, sales process and team performance while helping to create a positive and collaborative culture.
We are looking for an experienced automotive sales leader with a strong track record of delivering results within a dealership environment. Previous experience as a Sales Manager is essential and experience of launching a new dealership, franchise or brand would be highly advantageous. You will be commercially driven, highly motivated and capable of inspiring high performance within your team.
