We are looking for a Showroom Host to provide some additional assistance to our busy Skoda dealership on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

This role involves meeting and greeting customers in to the dealership, assisting with their initial enquiries and ensuring that they are referred to the correct department. The role will also involve taking inbound telephone calls.

The Showroom Host role is to ensure that every customer who enters the dealership receives the very best experience. To this end, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that customers are introduced to a Sales Executive and that general product information is provided wherever it is requested.

The Showroom Host will be responsible for arranging customers test drives and this position will involve some administration with assisting the sales department where required. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as is a great telephone manner along with the ability to multi task.

The job holder will need to be of smart professional appearance as you will be the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership. This role is part time and the hours of work are 11:00am to 4:00pm, Sundays and appropriate Bank Holidays.

You will also need to hold a UK driving Licence with less than 7 points to be considered for this position.
