What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our aftersales team, you’ll:

• Assist customers in person and by phone
• Use Kia’s electronic systems to identify, order, and manage parts (ECAT)
• Handle stock deliveries, storage, and order processing
• Support the workshop and deliver excellent customer service
• Promote continuous improvement across parts and service

Training & Development

• Learn on the job at our Swindon dealership
• Receive regular visits from a Skills Coach for personalised support
• Attend Kia’s state-of-the-art Training Academy expert training

What We’re Looking For

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
• Friendly, enthusiastic and keen to learn
• No previous experience needed – full training is provided
