We are excited to offer an experienced Diagnostic Technician the opportunity to join our dedicated and knowledgeable team.

As our technician, you will spend most of your time in our approved Volkswagen workshop maintaining vehicles, carrying out inspections, repairs, and services whilst liaising with Service Advisors and our Customers. Analysis, diagnostics, and road testing vehicles are also a critical part of this role to ensure we exceed our Customers’ expectations.

You will need to be an experienced Technician who is qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair or equivalent. Main dealership experience would be advantageous; however, we also welcome applications from those who have worked at reputable independent garages, fast fit centres, or car supermarkets. You will need to be comfortable working with others, able to contribute to team cohesion, and easily build relationships utilizing empathy and self-confidence. You will be committed to creating a bespoke and excellent customer experience, taking ownership of each issue through to resolution. You will also enjoy generating innovative solutions to problems with a willingness to adopt new ideas rather than just relying on established approaches.
