Vehicle Sales Progressor – Fish Brothers Nissan, Swindon

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm (42.5 hours per week, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break)

We're looking for a Vehicle Sales Progressor to join our busy and successful Nissan Sales Team at Fish Brothers in Swindon.

This isn't your typical desk job! You'll be right at the heart of the dealership, helping to make sure our vehicles look fantastic, our showroom is looking its best and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What will you be doing?

You'll be the person who helps keep everything moving, looking great and ready for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Keeping our cars looking their best – ensuring our showroom and Approved Used forecourt are presented to the highest standards.
• Getting vehicles where they need to be – coordinating the movement of cars between our dealership and vehicle preparation centre.
• Making sure everything's ready for the big handover – checking that sold vehicles have completed their preparation and are ready for their new owners.
• Showing off our stock – taking great photographs and videos of our vehicles and uploading them to our online platforms.
• Taking pride in our dealership – maintaining showroom displays, managing stock presentation and helping prepare for dealership audits.
• Getting involved in events – representing the dealership at planned off-site promotional events.

What are we looking for?

You don't need to have worked in the motor industry before. We're much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude!

You'll be someone who:

• Has excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Enjoys being active and getting stuck into a varied working day.
• Takes pride in doing a job well and isn't afraid to use their initiative.
• Has a creative eye, particularly when it comes to photography and presentation.
• Works well with others but is equally happy taking ownership of their responsibilities.
• Has a genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry.
• Holds a full UK driving licence with fewer than 7 penalty points – this is essential.
