Working Hours: 40 per week plus Saturday mornings on a rota as overtime.

We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who will be based at our purpose-built VW Group Service Centre on Hawksworth Industrial Estate. Working in a busy department, you will be the main point of contact for our service customers, ensuring that customers are called in advance of their visit to confirm attendance. On arrival you will take them through all the necessary paperwork, ensuring that the technical terms are explained clearly. After this, your role will be to set expectations with the customer and keep them updated throughout the repair of their vehicle.
