What does a successful Senior/Lead PMO do? You will be the backbone of governance and control for the Vision Next (VN) programme: a large-scale, multi-client platform modernisation running concurrent implementations across multiple geographies. The role owns the programme management framework end-to-end: from PI planning governance and release control through to executive reporting, dependency management, financial oversight, vendor compliance, and risk management. This is a hands-on leadership role embedded directly in the delivery organisation, working alongside engineering pod leads, product owners, and client-facing teams.
What you will do:
- Be responsible for Programme Governance own the master programme schedule, maintain alignment between PI cadence, release schedule, and client contractual milestones; establish and enforce stage-gate processes for key programme events and maintain a consolidated view of programme scope.
- Plan maintain the multi-programme delivery roadmap and manage start dependencies and allocation constraints across concurrent programmes.
- Be responsible for budget cost forecasting; change control; invoice and PO governance financial reporting and ensuring accurate accruals escalate blockers and issues; maintain a structured decision log.
- Reporting maintain visibility of AI augmentation uplift assumptions and coordinate resource onboarding for new client programmes.

- Experience in financial services technology delivery (issuer processing, payments, or lending platforms).
- Familiarity with PI Planning and SAFe ceremonies.
- Exposure to AI-augmented delivery models and capacity planning in hybrid human/AI teams.
- PMP, MSP, P3O, or SAFe certification (SPC or RTE).
