The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in providing expert support to the SVP, managing their daily operations and serving as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate the Senior Vice President's (SVP) schedule, including travel arrangements, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Organize office administrative tasks, including deadline management, document organization, and accurate expense submissions.
- Oversee expenditure requests from the team, ensuring data accuracy and managing the review and approval process.
- Attend meetings to take notes, follow up on action items, and draft messages on behalf of the SVP as needed.
- Manage the leadership team’s vacation schedules, coordinating approvals, resolving conflicts, and submitting requests for SVP approval.
