The Executive Assistant will play a vital role in providing expert support to the Senior Vice President (SVP), managing their daily operations and serving as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate the SVP's schedule, including travel arrangements, while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Organize office administrative tasks, including deadline management, document organization, and accurate expense submissions.
  • Oversee expenditure requests from the team, ensuring data accuracy and managing the review and approval process.
  • Attend meetings to take notes, follow up on action items, and draft messages on behalf of the SVP as needed.
  • Manage the leadership team’s vacation schedules, coordinating approvals, resolving conflicts, and submitting requests for SVP approval.

What you will need to have:

  • Proven experience supporting top-level executives as an Executive Assistant.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
