A successful Enterprise Sales Executive EMEA at Fiserv acts as a Partner in Possibility for large merchants and digital businesses navigating the fast-moving world of commerce. This role drives growth by helping clients modernize card-not-present payments through strategic, value-based sales conversations. You will build trusted executive relationships, align client needs to CommerceHub capabilities, and advance opportunities that create meaningful business outcomes. Success in this role comes from combining fintech expertise, commercial discipline, and a strong focus on client impact across the EMEA region.

What you will do:

  • Drive new enterprise business development for CommerceHub across the EMEA region
  • Prospect, qualify, and advance strategic opportunities with large merchants and digital commerce clients
  • Engage C-level and senior decision-makers including CFOs, CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Payments, and Digital Commerce leaders
  • Lead complex sales cycles from discovery through solution alignment, commercial negotiation, and contract close
  • Build, maintain, and forecast a healthy pipeline of high-value enterprise opportunities
  • Partner with Solution Engineering, Product, Legal, and Customer Success to deliver compelling client solutions
  • Position CommerceHub capabilities across payment orchestration, acquiring, fraud prevention, tokenization, and payment optimization
  • Represent Fiserv with professionalism, market insight, and a strong client-first mindset

What you will need to have:

  • Proven enterprise B2B sales success in complex fintech, payments, acquiring, or payment orchestration environments
  • Strong expertise in card-not-present payments, payment gateways, omnichannel commerce, and enterprise payment flows
  • Demonstrated ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value strategic deals with enterprise clients
  • Experience building relationships with executive stakeholders across large merchant organizations in EMEA
  • Strong consultative selling, commercial negotiation, pipeline management, and forecasting skills

What would be great to have:

  • Knowledge of PSD2, SCA, 3DS, fraud prevention, network tokens, and payment routing optimization
  • Experience selling into large digital businesses, enterprise merchants, or multinational commerce organizations
  • Familiarity with competitive and partner ecosystems across leading payment providers and card networks
  • Experience working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations to shape and win complex client opportunities
  • Fluency in one or more European languages in addition to English
