About your role:
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development, EMEA, the Strategy Manager will support delivery of the regional growth agenda through structured analysis, market insight, and strategic planning. This role is focused on helping shape and execute strategy across EMEA, while also supporting senior leadership priorities and business decision-making.
What you’ll do:
- Support the development and execution of strategies in response to competitive dynamics, industry trends, and technology change
- Conduct market and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and support revenue and market share expansion
- Build and maintain structured datasets covering market sizing, competitive positioning, and key performance indicators
- Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making across the EMEA business
- Deliver market scans to identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities
- Partner with data and commercial teams to support data-driven business initiatives
- Support EMEA leadership processes, including coordinating inputs for QBRs/QFRs, preparing materials, and tracking key actions
- Support ad hoc requests from the EMEA regional executive, including analysis and preparation of briefing materials

Experience you’ll need to have:
- Experience working within a complex organisation, consultancy, or a business operating in a regulated sector
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex problems into structured components
- Experience using Excel, databases, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate insights clearly in written and presentation formats
- Strong attention to detail and quality of output
- Degree-level education or equivalent
Experience that would be great to have:
- Foundational understanding of financial services, payments, or fintech
- Merchant or issuing experience
- Familiarity with structured problem-solving approaches
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in economics, business, strategy, or a related field
