A successful Account Management CoE Manager at Fiserv strengthens client outcomes and commercial performance by creating consistent, scalable ways of working across EMEA. This role helps teams deliver high-quality governance, operational excellence, and measurable efficiency through process improvement, AI, and automation. As a partner in possibility, this leader works across account management, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and audit to improve how we serve clients and support growth. They bring structure, accountability, and innovation to drive better experiences for clients and stronger business results.

What you will do:

  • Lead a Centre of Excellence for Account Management teams across EMEA, driving consistency, governance, and operational excellence
  • Establish standard playbooks, templates, and processes for client governance, reporting, action tracking, and account management support
  • Create and manage the operating cadence for governance meetings, including agendas, packs, follow-ups, and stakeholder coordination
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to re-engineer workflows and deliver efficiency gains through AI, automation, and scalable process improvements
  • Facilitate audit, assurance, and remediation activities by coordinating evidence, maintaining documentation, and supporting control readiness
  • Coach and develop team members while setting priorities, managing capacity, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Track and report performance metrics tied to quality, efficiency, client outcomes, and standard adoption
  • Drive adoption of new standards through training, communications, and ongoing stakeholder engagement

What you will need to have:

  • Experience leading people, coaching performance, and managing work across direct or matrixed teams
  • Experience supporting senior-level client governance, preparing executive-ready materials, and managing recurring meeting cadences
  • Experience improving business processes through standardization, workflow design, and operational controls
  • Experience using AI, automation, or reporting tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making
  • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power BI, or similar governance and reporting tools

  • Knowledge of audit, assurance, risk management, or compliance support practices
