Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development, EMEA, the Strategy Manager will support delivery of the regional growth agenda through structured analysis, market insight, and strategic planning. This role is focused on helping shape and execute strategy across EMEA, while also supporting senior leadership priorities and business decision-making. Conduct market and customer analysis to identify growth opportunities and support revenue and market share expansion Build and maintain structured datasets covering market sizing, competitive positioning, and key performance indicators Perform ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making across the EMEA business Deliver market scans to identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities Partner with data and commercial teams to support data-driven business initiatives Support EMEA leadership processes, including coordinating inputs for QBRs/QFRs, preparing materials, and tracking key actions Support ad hoc requests from the EMEA regional executive, including analysis and preparation of briefing materials Experience working within a complex organisation, consultancy, or a business operating in a regulated sector Experience using Excel, databases, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint Strong attention to detail and quality of output Foundational understanding of financial services, payments, or fintech Relevant postgraduate qualification in economics, business, strategy, or a related field Our commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other category protected by law.
