As a Breakfast Supervisor, you will work within a tightly knit team under the guidance of the senior restaurant team. You will be the face of the Hotel in the morning, ready to welcome our guests and serve them a hearty breakfast as they prepare for the day ahead. They will appreciate your knowledge of activities and sights in the area, as well as your warmth and attention to detail to ensure the first meal of the day is a memorable one.

Amongst other responsibilities, you will ensure the smooth running of Breakfast, co‑ordinating with other members of the front of house team, hotel reception and kitchen. Outside of service, you will be preparing the restaurant for the day ahead, engaging with senior management and working to continuously improve our offerings at Breakfast.
