At FISCAL Technologies, we're not just selling software — we're partnering with finance leaders to protect over £350 billion of global spend every year through innovative AI-driven solutions that deliver ROI within three months.

We're looking for a passionate relationship builder who can open doors, book meetings and help develop sales opportunities — and who wants the flexibility and independence of working as a self-employed contractor rather than as a PAYE employee.

This is a self-employed consultancy engagement, not an employed role. You'll invoice us on an agreed day rate, be responsible for your own tax and National Insurance (or local equivalent), and carry your own professional indemnity insurance. If you're looking for a salary, holiday pay, pension contributions or other employee benefits, this engagement isn't the right fit.

For data security and information governance reasons, applications from candidates based and authorised to work in one of these three countries will be prioritised. This is in line with our information security and data protection commitments to our customers.

Working directly with our new business sales and marketing teams, your focus will be booking qualified new business meetings:

  • Outbound outreach — initiating contact through phone, email and social channels
  • Booking meetings — scheduling qualified meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Collaboration — working closely with sales and marketing colleagues on strategy and messaging

Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales tools

  • Persistence, self-motivation and the discipline that goes with self-employed working
  • Prior SDR, BDR or outbound prospecting experience preferred

Commercial terms:

  • Day rate and weekly commitment to be agreed — we have flexibility on both
  • Initial probation period with a short notice period, continuing by agreement thereafter
  • Remote or hybrid (occasional visits to the office in Reading are possible with time and travel costs reimbursed)

Our solutions deliver meaningful impact for finance teams worldwide.

We're committed to working with a diverse network of contractors and partners that reflects the clients we serve.

To apply, please send a short message outlining your relevant experience, your location, and your indicative day rate and weekly availability.
