Fisar is a SaaS startup with the only end-to-end automation software for Subject Access Requests on the market, removing what is otherwise weeks of compliance admin for corporates and schools. The product pays for itself within the first month, and the value is immediately apparent to anyone who currently manages SARs in-house.

We're hiring an experienced closer to take qualified sales calls and manage structured follow-up through to signed contract and onboarding. There is a clear opportunity to build out and lead a wider sales team as the business scales.

Frankly, this is the easiest sales job you will ever have. Fisar removes one of the most painful, time-consuming jobs in a compliance function, and at a ticket of just £2,000 to £5,000, the ROI is immediate and self-evident. You'll be speaking to people who are already drowning in the manual work this product removes. The product sells itself; we just need someone competent to ask for the order and run the follow-up.

Responsibilities:
  • Run inbound discovery and demo calls with corporate and education buyers
  • Manage multi-touch follow-up (email, phone, and scheduled check-ins) through to close
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable B2B closing experience with a measurable track record (deal size, close rate, cycle length)
  • Experience selling into corporates is preferred but not essential, particularly compliance, HR, legal, or operations teams
  • Experience selling into UK education (MATs, independent schools, local authorities) is also a plus
  • Strong follow-up discipline, comfortable working multi-touch sequences without dropping deals
Deal profile: £2,000 to £5,000 per contract, multiple qualified calls per day
Compensation: Commission only
Engagement: Full-time
Location: Remote, UK-based
