Job description:
You will be responsible for contacting potential customers, engaging new clients, and finding future projects. At the same time, you will be nurturing longstanding relationships, creating tailored engineering solutions which provide a cost effective and efficient service for existing customers. You need to be confident and competent in your field, whether producing quotations or providing technical assistance. You will also be required to attend meetings to give feedback for the purposes of continual business development and provide product training presentations where requested by clients.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Understanding and experience of HVAC and HVAC control systems.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills combined with excellent spoken English and clear diction.
- A solid technical background, including analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Up to date Health and Safety Knowledge.
- Computer literacy including up to date Microsoft Office and CRM knowledge.
- Team worker with the organizational skills and good judgement to work independently when required.
- Must be self-motivated to achieve goals.
- The ability to communicate at all levels, build relationships quickly and effectively, and work collaboratively with clients.
- Previous experience in a sales engineering role desirable.
Qualifications/Experience required:
Engineering qualifications desirable but strong HVAC sales background essential.
Must also have:
- Valid, Full, Clean Driving License
- Right to work in the UK without the need of VISA sponsorship
