Are you curious, motivated, and forward-thinking? At FIS you’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology. Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.

About the team

The People Experience team is a newly formed, enterprise capability focused on designing and orchestrating intentional, everyday employee experiences across FIS. The team shapes end to end employee journeys, manager rituals, and moments that matter—across digital, managerial, and in person touchpoints. Sitting at the intersection of People COEs, Digital Employee Experience, Performance, Learning, and Corporate IT, this team provides the horizontal integration needed to turn EVP, strategy, and transformation into lived experience.

What you will be doing

  • You will lead the creation of a new People Experience function, redefining how employees experience FIS across their lifecycle—from joining and growing, to doing great work together and delivering impact. Your focus will be on designing repeatable experiences, activating managers, and using insight to ensure the organization is investing in what truly matters.
  • Build and lead the People Experience organization, setting vision, priorities, and ways of working for a new enterprise capability.
  • Design and orchestrate end to end employee journeys, shifting from isolated programs to cohesive, experience led ecosystems.
  • Activate the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) so it is translated into behaviours, rituals, systems, and moments employees can feel and see.
  • Equip managers to bring experience to life through simple, tech enabled rituals that reinforce performance, growth, and connection every week.
  • Partner with People COEs, Digital Experience, Performance, Workplace Experience, and Corporate IT to embed People Experience into the flow of work.
  • Use employee listening and experience insights to identify friction, prioritize peak moments, and influence leadership decisions.
  • Design and deliver high impact enterprise experiences (e.g., RTO experiences, collaboration days, cultural activations) that build sustained momentum over time.

What you bring

  • Experience leading enterprise level people, culture, or experience transformations.
  • Strong systems and design thinking applied to employee journeys, manager behaviours, and experience activation.
  • An analytical, insight driven mindset with the ability to connect experience signals to business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner across People, Technology, and business leadership.

Added bonus if you have

  • A strong technology orientation, particularly in digital employee experience, analytics, or in flow enablement.
  • Experience partnering closely with Corporate IT or Digital Experience teams.
  • Background in manager enablement or behaviour change at scale.
  • Experience operating in large, complex, global organizations.

What we offer you

  • The opportunity to build and lead a new enterprise capability with visible impact.
  • A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities.
  • A modern, international work environment and a dedicated and motivated team.
  • A variety of career development tools, resources and opportunities.
  • A fantastic range of benefits designed to help support your lifestyle and wellbeing.
  • A work environment built on collaboration, flexibility and respect.
