About the team: Our team numbers circa 1,800 colleagues globally in a multitude of different global locations. We support an incredibly wide range of clients across the globe from Investment banks to Asset Managers. Our offerings range from standardized services to helping existing customers maximize their experience with FIS solutions to ad hoc services such as project management, business consulting and custom application development.

What you will be doing: The E2E Test Manager is responsible for end-to-end testing of product implementations with focus on high implementation quality, accelerated project timeline and transparent reporting across the project stakeholders. This will be inclusive of Functional, Performance and Security Testing of the product implementation in the client environment. E2E Test Managers will need to coordinate with the FIS implementation team, the development organization as necessary as well as the Test Automation teams to devise E2E Test strategy for Clients. They will also be responsible for participating in Client Go/ No Go decisions. The End-to-End Test Manager evaluates project risk constantly and ensures that risks are brought to stakeholder’s attention and relevant mitigation strategies are put in place. The person will serve as a final alignment step between business stakeholders, the client and FIS implementations teams on quality and scope of the implementations.

  • Create Test Strategy from Requirements, Contract information and client implementation plan and timeline
  • Define Test Plans for each phase of Testing during the implementation
  • Ensure proper creation of (manual) E2E test cases based on requirements and use-cases by aligning with contributing Consultants and clients
  • Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Performance Testing and Security Testing
  • Ensure identification of availability and readiness of business testers for all E2E test cases with Client
  • Plan, monitor and manage execution of the E2E test cases
  • Stakeholder Management: Ensure business involvement in test preparation and execution and provide Executive level reporting
  • Coordinate with the Test Automation team to facilitate them with candidate Test Cases and oversee the build out of Automation Portfolio as a value add for clients
  • Coordinate Defect Management cycles with the implementation team, development and Clients
  • Provide appropriate reporting to Project Managers
  • Performing special projects / initiatives upon request and on occasion.
  • Identifying and implementing best practices and suggesting how to improve current practices.
  • Communicating to Business-Line and Product-Line leaders on recommendations and improvement areas
  • Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting or Engineering. 10+ years’ experience as End-to-End Test Management Consultant. Deep E2E process understanding (process view vs. application view; knows what needs to be tested). Basic understanding of financial product testing cycles and processes in complex implementation cycles. Exceptionally good understanding of various Testing phases during implementation. Experience in JIRA and other Defect Management tools. Experience in various Functional and Performance Testing Tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially sophisticated Excel skills required). Demonstrable experience in Test Management for medium to large scale implementations. Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment with broad implication to the business. May consult with peers on certain projects. Fluent in English. Strong written and concise communication skills especially with senior management and other leaders. Adaptability, a drive to learn, and strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work well independently and within a team.

Added Bonus if you have: Certification in Agile Project Management and/ or testing. Exposure to AI tools to improve Testing methodologies.

Travel Percentage: 10-15%
