You have the opportunity to join FIS as a member of our Business Development Representative (BDR) organisation. Our BDR Team is a critical part of our Sales Organisation that focuses on generating new business and new pipeline through outbound prospecting with the goal of winning business. In this role, you will have a directly measurable impact on our overall Sales Targets as a company. You will assist our Outbound Sales Teams with detailed account research and prospecting efforts. You will have access to the latest social and contact tools to uncover opportunities for FIS to help our prospective clients solve some of the most challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology. You will work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong Sales and Product Training Curriculum that will set you up for success as a Seller for FIS.

The FIS Business Development Representative (BDR) Organisation maintains a fast-paced, collaborative environment that invests in developing the future Outbound Sales talent of FIS, while providing a critical service to grow FIS Pipeline and Sales achievement. We are geared to developing pipeline through buyer persona targeted contact campaigns, which lead with insights and thought-leadership. The team partners, collaborates, and is aligned with sales regions, sales territories, and solution areas.

In this role, you will be participating in the sales lead process to generate new business opportunities (pre-qualified leads) in support of FIS sales goals and objectives:

  • Generate sales leads through outbound contact strategies (calling, e-mail, social) and technology platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach) in conjunction with lead generation programs
  • Maintain sales lead documentation
  • Strategise on demand generation approaches and activities
  • Nurture long-term opportunities to continue FIS communication in the early stages before the sales cycle
  • Support all strategic and targeted sales and marketing campaigns through comprehensive data collection
  • Gain knowledge of Sales Techniques and Product Differentiators

What You Bring:

  • Strong competencies in MS Office Applications and LinkedIn
