This role will work with our clients and internal teams to plan and manage all aspects of client implementation projects and change requests.

About The Team

The Project Management Team is positioned within the Client Delivery organisation and is responsible for all aspects of assigned technical projects. The Team delivers a wider range of technical change that may be focused on development of Client specific functional enhancements, Client implementations, internal information system‑specific projects that may involve development or enhancement of internal applications, technology integration and/or infrastructure environment build‑out.

You Will

  • Plan and manage all aspects of technical projects from initiation through to delivery, responsible for reporting and governance of the project.
  • Coordinate activities and tasks among project team members, internal departments, and Client organizations.
  • Be the key point of contact for the Client in customer engagement assignments.
  • Work at client sites from time to time requiring some travel.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience working in a Project Management role.
  • Experience working in a technology or financial (regulated) services organization and preferably in a client‑facing capacity.
  • Have managed projects or workstreams within larger programs.
  • Knowledge of cyber security policies and practices.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
