About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive new business growth across the Nordic market for our Core Banking Solutions portfolio.
This is a pure hunting role focused on acquiring new customers and developing strategic relationships with banks and financial institutions across the region.
The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of winning complex enterprise software deals, extensive experience selling core banking technology, and an established network of senior decision-makers within the Nordic banking sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive net-new business acquisition across the Nordic region.
- Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders within banks and financial institutions.
- Identify, qualify, and progress complex sales opportunities from prospecting through to contract signature.
- Leverage existing industry relationships and market knowledge to accelerate pipeline generation.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consulting, marketing, and delivery teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage complex enterprise sales processes.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements across the Nordic market.
- Must-Have Requirements
- Extensive experience selling Core Banking Solutions or related banking technology platforms.
- Proven success in enterprise software sales within the banking and financial services sector.
- Strong track record of securing new logos and generating revenue through direct hunting activities.
- Deep understanding of the Nordic banking landscape.
- Established network ("black book") of senior banking contacts and industry relationships across the Nordics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage long, complex, high-value sales cycles.
- Experience engaging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven.
- Ability to work from either London or Sweden with regular travel across the Nordic region.
- Nice-to-Have Requirements
- Additional Nordic language skills (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic).
- Experience selling broader banking, lending, payments, digital banking, or financial technology platforms.
- Existing relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks in the region.
- Experience working within a global enterprise software or fintech organisation.
