You will join a senior platform engineering team responsible for building and operating multi‑region Kubernetes infrastructure that powers an AI‑enabled banking platform used by Tier‑1 financial institutions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Design, build and operate multi‑region Kubernetes platforms (EKS/GKE/AKS) for five‑nines workloads
  • Implement GitOps‑driven infrastructure using Terraform, Helm and Flux
  • Own reliability, disaster recovery, failover, backup/restore and resilience testing
  • Build secure, zero‑trust, multi‑tenant infrastructure for regulated environments
  • Develop and evolve observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry)
  • Support hybrid, on‑prem and air‑gapped deployments

What You Bring

  • Deep hands‑on Kubernetes platform experience (not just application deployment)
  • Strong understanding of multi‑cloud and hybrid networking fundamentals
  • Production experience with GitOps and Infrastructure as Code
  • Experience operating distributed systems in regulated environments
  • Strong ownership mindset and comfort shipping directly to production

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Cilium and multi‑cluster networking experience
  • Kubernetes operators and CRD development
  • Go or Rust experience
  • AI‑driven SRE or automation experience
