About the role: As a Summer Intern in the FIS University Program, you will gain hands‑on experience working within the Sales Operations organization. You’ll support key initiatives that help our sales teams grow pipeline, leverage AI‑driven tools, and optimize how we bring solutions to market. You will work on real projects that have meaningful impact, including shadowing live sales plays, supporting operational processes, and completing a capstone presentation to stakeholders at the end of the program.
About the team: You will join a dynamic Sales Operations team supporting the wider global sales organization. The team is highly collaborative, organized using systems such as Asana, and frequently partners across sales, marketing, and product groups.
What you will be doing:
- Supporting the sales organisation by working on assigned real‑world projects.
- Shadowing sales professionals to understand full‑cycle sales processes and pre‑sales motions.
- Assisting with target campaigns, account research, and leveraging sales enablement tools such as Seismic.
- Participating in an AI‑focused “Shark Tank” style project or similar initiative.
- Collaborating with colleagues globally and networking with FIS professionals and fellow interns.
- Completing a final project presentation to the Sales Operations leadership team.
What you will need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong willingness to learn and enthusiasm for technology and sales.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing, project management, or fintech.
- College graduation expected between December 2026 – May 2027.
