FIS is currently seeking a Head of Business Development to originate new clients and new business sales for its Global Transfer Agency Product Suite. Previous individuals in role have moved to Global Director roles at some of the world\’s largest Fund Admins and transfer agencies.

As the investment landscape continues to change, this individual will need to offer an outstanding customer experience to meet changing investor expectations and sustain growth for their business.

The Product: FIS® Global Transfer Agency Services provides investment managers and fund administrators across multiple jurisdictions with modern SaaS and BPaaS solutions for the digital era. As a global transfer agency services provider, you’ll be able offer the scale and investment of the world\’s leading fintech provider, providing clients with a tenured team of experts alongside modern technology.

With $2.2T in assets under management (AUM) 9m investor accounts and a team of 1,500 individuals dedicated to this line of business you’ll have the tools, references and proof to open new opportunities in Europe.

With this role you will be in a position to also bundle FIS solutions such as Fund Accounting alongside Transfer Agency solutions.

What You’ll need to do in order to succeed:

  • You’ll be responsible for an annual quota which will be focused on new logos, focusing on new business sales
  • Build and Maintain a High-Quality Sales Pipeline that gives you 2x coverage with deals progressing through sales stages each quarter
  • Execute Strategic Sales Plans for Key Opportunities across target accounts in key markets such as UK, Ireland and Luxembourg
  • To be successful you’ll leverage our existing client base for introductions and to generate interest in the transfer agency solutions
  • Leverage the expertise within the Transfer Agency business at FIS to ensure that the value proposition is being propositioned in the optimum manner

  • Operate in a collaborative environment, working closely with key stakeholders, product owners, solutions specialist and business leaders
