About The Role

FIS is looking for an experienced and commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to join our product marketing team supporting our Lending Portfolio. Working with the Senior Product Marketer for Lending, this role will help define, package and take to market FIS lending solutions across commercial lending, asset finance, supply chain finance and private credit-related capabilities, helping clients modernize lending operations, improve risk control, increase efficiency and drive growth. Our environment is fast-paced, global and highly collaborative. We are strengthening our lending proposition with integrated, cloud-enabled and AI-ready solutions that support the full lending lifecycle — from origination and credit assessment through syndication, servicing, portfolio visibility and reporting.

As part of the Product Marketing team, the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for translating product strategy, market insight and buyer needs into clear positioning, compelling messaging and effective go-to-market programs. The successful candidate will build deep knowledge of FIS lending solutions, target markets, buyer personas, competitive dynamics and client challenges. They will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, Analyst Relations, GTM Readiness and regional marketing teams to create differentiated product narratives, support sales execution and help drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact. In this role, you will act as the voice of the market and the customer for the Lending Portfolio, bringing together insight, strategy and storytelling to help FIS show up with clarity, consistency and confidence across internal and external audiences.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Own, with the Senior Product Marketer for Lending, product positioning, messaging and value propositions for the Lending Portfolio, ensuring they reflect client needs, market trends, product strategy and FIS differentiation.
  • Partner with product management and portfolio leaders to translate roadmap priorities, solution capabilities and launch plans into clear go-to-market strategies and product briefs.
  • Develop and maintain core sales and marketing assets, including messaging frameworks, battlecards solution overviews, case studies, web copy, event narratives, campaign inputs, FAQs and sales enablement content.
  • Conduct primary and secondary market research to understand buyer needs, lending market trends, competitive dynamics and emerging opportunities across commercial lending, asset finance, supply chain finance and private credit.
  • Create compelling content and storytelling for internal and external audiences, including thought leadership, webinars, videos, blogs, client presentations, executive updates and event sessions.
  • Collaborate with GTM Readiness, Revenue Marketing, Sales Enablement, Public Relations, Analyst Relations and Communications to support integrated campaigns, launches, sales plays, events and analyst engagement.
  • Support seller readiness by creating practical, client-facing enablement that helps sales teams articulate the Lending Portfolio’s value, differentiation and relevance to priority personas and accounts.
  • Use data, feedback and performance insights to continually improve messaging, campaign inputs, sales tools and go-to-market effectiveness.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, finance or a related field preferred.
  • 5–10 years of product marketing, portfolio marketing, solution marketing or strategic marketing experience, ideally in financial technology, banking, capital markets or enterprise software.
  • Experience in lending, commercial banking, asset finance, supply chain finance, private credit, capital markets or financial services technology is highly desirable.
  • Strong ability to translate complex product capabilities and market concepts into clear, differentiated and client-relevant messaging.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create polished executive, seller and client-facing content.
  • Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of how product marketing supports pipeline creation, sales acceleration and revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence cross-functional stakeholders across product, sales, marketing and leadership teams.
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Analytical, curious and customer-focused, with a passion for understanding market dynamics, buyer needs and competitive positioning.
  • Experience using AI tools and data-driven insights to support content development, research, messaging and productivity.
