About the role
Are you ready to be at the forefront of reshaping how financial technology drives global commerce? At FIS, we’re looking for an innovative Data Scientist to join our Revenue Operations, Office of the CCO team, accelerating our growth by ideating, building, deploying, and scaling AI to transform sales performance and efficiency. In this highly visible role, your innovations will set new benchmarks across the fintech industry, with direct impact on how FIS sells and how our clients experience financial technology.
You’ll partner closely with Sales and Business stakeholders to provide actionable insights and develop AI-driven solutions that propel revenue growth—delivering models for lead prioritization, churn prediction, and cross-sell opportunities, and pioneering work in Generative and Agentic AI (e.g., personalized email generation, account intelligence agents, lead nurture agents). You are empowered to take ownership from ideation through to deployment, and trusted to drive initiatives that redefine sales excellence within one of the world’s largest fintech businesses.
FIS is committed to your professional development and career growth. We’re seeking a proactive self-starter who thrives amidst multiple cross‑functional stakeholders and varying priorities. If you’re excited by the challenge of digging deep to uncover the “why,” building impactful solutions, and driving success across the global fintech landscape, FIS invites you to make your mark here.
