About the team: You will join a senior platform engineering team responsible for building and operating multi‑region Kubernetes infrastructure that powers an AI‑enabled banking platform used by Tier‑1 financial institutions.
What you will be doing:
- Design, build and operate multi‑region Kubernetes platforms (EKS/GKE/AKS) for five‑nines workloads
- Implement GitOps‑driven infrastructure using Terraform, Helm and Flux
- Own reliability: disaster recovery, failover, backup/restore and resilience testing
- Build secure, zero‑trust, multi‑tenant infrastructure for regulated environments
- Develop and evolve observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, OpenTelemetry)
- Support hybrid, on‑prem and air‑gapped deployments
What you bring:
- Deep hands‑on Kubernetes platform experience (not just application deployment)
- Strong understanding of multi‑cloud and hybrid networking fundamentals
- Production experience with GitOps and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience operating distributed systems in regulated environments
- Strong ownership mindset and comfort shipping directly to production
Added bonus if you have:
- Cilium and multi‑cluster networking experience
- Kubernetes operators and CRD development
- Go or Rust experience
- AI‑driven SRE or automation experience
