About FIS
We are FIS. Our technology powers the world's economy and our teams bring innovation to life. We champion diversity to deliver the best products and solutions for our colleagues, clients and communities. If you're ready to start learning, growing and making an impact with a career in fintech, we'd like to know: Are you FIS?
About the role
We are not building another finance product. We are redefining how finance teams operate, moving from manual reactive work close to intelligent autonomous decisioning. This role sits at the heart of that shift. As a product manager in automated finance, you will help shape how AI data and workflow automation come together to eliminate friction in order to cash and unlock real-time financial intelligence. You will drive the product direction through customer insight, commercial impact and bold thinking.
About the team
We are a mix of proud people, engineers and scientists who've seen how things usually get built and decided to do it differently. Some of us come from Fintech. Some from enterprise. Some from places where things move fast and break (and get fixed). What we have in common is simple: we don't get excited about maintaining systems. We get excited about changing how things work.
We care about:
- Understanding what's actually happening with customers
- Building things that solve real problems not just tick roadmap boxes
- Moving fast, but not blindly
- Calling out when something doesn't make sense and fixing it
You’ll do well here if you:
- Ask high-quality questions
- Don't wait to be told what to do
- Can zoom out to strategy and zoom in into detail without drama
- Actually care whether what you build gets used
What you will do:
- Own the product as a business not just a roadmap driving adoption, retention and measurable impact
- Get close to customers, understand how finance teams actually operate, where they struggle and where automation can help.
