Head of Business Development - Europe Transfer Agency
FIS is seeking a Head of Business Development to generate new clients and drive sales for its Global Transfer Agency Product Suite. Successful predecessors have advanced to Global Director roles at major Fund Admins and transfer agencies.
In a changing investment landscape, this role requires delivering exceptional customer experiences to meet evolving investor expectations and sustain growth.
The Product:
FIS Global Transfer Agency Services offers investment managers and fund administrators across multiple jurisdictions modern SaaS and BPaaS solutions for the digital era. As a global provider, we offer scale and investment from a leading fintech, with a dedicated team of experts and advanced technology.
With $2.2T AUM, 9 million investor accounts, and 1,500 dedicated staff, we provide the tools and references to facilitate new opportunities in Europe. This role also involves bundling FIS solutions such as Fund Accounting with Transfer Agency services.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve an annual quota focused on acquiring new clients and business sales.
- Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline with deal progression each quarter.
- Implement strategic sales plans for key opportunities in target markets like UK, Ireland, and Luxembourg.
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate interest and referrals.
- Utilize internal expertise to effectively communicate our value proposition.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience in Global Transfer Agency services, Registrar, Fund Administration, Investor Services, or Custodian services.
- Strong network within the European fund services community.
