Join FIS as an EPC Sales Solution Expert, where you will play a key role in bridging sales and product teams. This is a player-coach position: you will support and guide a team of five, engage with clients, and help shape the future of enterprise payments solutions.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and showing how EPC solutions can help.
- Address client questions and concerns with clear, timely communication.
- Gather insights to ensure our solutions are aligned with customer goals.
- Deliver engaging product demos and presentations, both virtually and in person.
- Use tools like PowerPoint and Visio to showcase solution benefits.
- Lead and contribute to RFI/RFP responses, focusing on how our solutions meet business needs.
- Prepare and maintain sales materials, presentations, and documentation.
- Work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure everyone is aligned and working towards successful outcomes.
- Share market feedback and insights to help shape future product direction.
- Partner with colleagues to develop and present solutions that meet or exceed customer requirements.
- Support and coach your team, sharing best practices and product knowledge.
- Help train sales teams on product features and the competitive landscape.
Qualifications
- General understanding of payments and enterprise payment solutions (FIS EPC experience is a plus).
- Awareness of current trends and technologies in the payments industry.
- Experience engaging with clients and delivering presentations to varied audiences.
- Track record of supporting sales cycles and responding to RFI/RFPs.
- Ability to extract and understand client requirements.
- Experience coaching or mentoring others, ideally in a player-coach capacity.
- Comfortable supporting a team and leading by example.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
