Overview:
Responsible for direct sales executive support, helping generate top-of-funnel revenue opportunities across the Office of the CFO (oCFO), with a focus on Treasury and Risk sector.
Responsibilities include close alignment with the sales team, acting as an SME to aid in the qualification of potential opportunities to enhance and accelerate pipeline build across FIS treasury applications.
The oCFO is responsible for delivering the Business Unit sales targets and will leverage their client, industry, and product expertise to energize and enable the broader sales teams to meet sales and pipeline objectives.
The role involves regular BU pipeline reporting, collaboration, and Go-to-Market strategies across solution lines.
The sales support will focus on building a top-of-funnel pipeline to Stage 4 and driving volume. Once an opportunity reaches Stage 3, Sales will take full ownership.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Engagement: Managing product distribution through EMEA Corporate sales channels, supporting sales activities including meetings, deal qualification, seller training, competitive intelligence, and industry trend presentations to C-suite.
- Business Unit Engagement: Ensuring top-of-funnel alignment and engagement with the Business Unit, with regular reporting and pipeline management.
- Solutions Management: Ensuring FIS solutions meet market needs, influencing roadmap, and identifying gaps or future items to support revenue growth and market positioning.
- Marketing, GTM, and Sales Enablement: Developing messaging, supporting campaigns, reviewing lead generation, and aiding product launches.
- Sales Engineering: Involving presales for qualified opportunities and ensuring proper documentation within CRM.
Experience required:
- Degree level candidate.
- Proven experience in product/industry, including Treasury roles.
- Sales experience.
- Strong understanding of the competitive landscape.
- Deep relationships within key industry institutions.
- Knowledge of FIS products/services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives.
Beneficial experience includes broad knowledge of Corporate Treasury Solutions, working capital ecosystems, and fluency in German or French.
Background:
Ideally, candidates should have experience as a Manager/Director/Treasurer in Corporate Treasury, Treasury specialists in banks, Big4 Treasury divisions, or Treasury industry vendors.
