This role is part ofFIS Supply Chain Finance (formerly Demica)— a robust, cloud-based platform that helps businesses optimize working capital, enhance liquidity, and streamline financial operations.
Your New Role
As aProject Managerat FIS, you will lead the successful delivery of client projects — ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and within budget. You’ll primarily manage implementations for both Corporate and Bank Platform clients following new client acquisitions.
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager with a strong background in SaaS implementations. You’ll be a skilled communicator and facilitator, serving as the central point of coordination between internal FIS teams and client stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of client onboarding and project delivery from post-sales through to Go-Live and Hypercare.

Manage and report on project timelines, risks, resources, and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain essential project documentation including plans, RAID logs, deliverables trackers, and status boards.

Lead and facilitate internal and external project meetings and steering committees.

Proactively identify and resolve delivery issues, escalating where necessary to ensure successful outcomes.

Build strong cross-functional relationships across Technology, Product, and Origination teams to support project delivery.

Conduct project retrospectives and present findings to the executive team, ensuring lessons learned are actioned.

Contribute to the ongoing improvement of SCF’s project management frameworks, tools, and processes.

Stay current with project management best practices and share insights with the wider team.
What You Bring

Minimum 3 years’ experiencemanaging software implementation projects (mandatory).

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong client-facing project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and meet deadlines.

Familiarity with bothWaterfall and Agiledelivery methodologies.

Experience across the full software delivery lifecycle: Initiation, Scoping, Development, SIT, UAT, Training, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.

Ability to independently lead teams and resolve complex delivery challenges.

Solid understanding of technical concepts such ascloud computing, containerization, APIs, and SFTP.
