What you will be doing
- Provide guidance and compliance advice to line managers on disciplinary, performance, grievance, and flexible working matters, ensuring adherence to employment law and company policy.
- Investigate complex employee grievances and ethics cases, resolve conflicts, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Manage consultation actions such as TUPE and redundancy (both collective and individual).
- Handle sensitive involuntary terminations.
- Deliver training and policy coaching to managers on conflict resolution, effective communication, and performance management.

Years of Experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in an employee relations specialist or HR generalist role.
