The Monis team is a collection of highly specialized, self-motivated and collaborative professionals spanning a range of functional & technical disciplines: software development, quantitative finance, data researchers, market & application specialists and product support & management. We are looking to add to our managed services team so we can continue to provide the highest levels of service and client satisfaction to our expanding client base.
What you will be doing:
- Support traders, portfolio managers and risk managers using the Monis software, both technically and functionally.
- Perform small projects including new client onboarding and upgrades.
- Provide in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
- Provide quantitative analysis where required.
- Engage with prospective clients during the sales process.
- Build long-term relationships with our clients through your continued support of their applications and related business challenges.
- Contribute to the evolution of our products and services by serving as an access point to our product management process.
- Document client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
What you bring:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products.
- Organizational and time management skills required.
- Self-starter with proven ability to work independently.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
