This role will provide dedicated coverage for corporate customers, ensuring opportunities for expansion, retention and customer success are fully realised.

The impact you'll have

As an Account Manager, you'll build trusted customer relationships, identify growth opportunities and help corporate customers maximise the value of their Supply Chain Finance programmes. You'll:

  • Manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of corporate customers.
  • Act as the primary commercial contact for customers throughout their lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing programmes and introduce additional solutions where appropriate.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders across treasury, finance, procurement and working capital functions.
  • Partner with customers to understand strategic priorities and align solutions to business objectives.
  • Drive customer retention through proactive engagement, issue resolution and value delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, implementation and client services teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on customer growth, adoption and long-term success.
  • Serve as a customer advocate by providing market feedback and customer insights to internal teams.
  • Influence how customers approach working capital optimisation, supplier engagement and Supply Chain Finance strategy.

Your success will be measured through revenue growth, customer retention, account expansion, customer engagement and long-term value creation.

What you'll be supporting

You'll represent FIS's Supply Chain Finance capabilities through the Demica platform, helping customers optimise working capital and strengthen supply chain relationships through:

  • Supply Chain Finance programmes.
  • Working capital optimisation initiatives.
  • Supplier financing solutions.
  • Buyer-led financing programmes.
  • Programme adoption and utilisation strategies.
  • Customer onboarding and expansion opportunities.
  • Reporting, analytics and programme performance insights.
  • Technology-enabled finance transformation initiatives.

This is a consultative, relationship-led role focused on helping customers achieve measurable outcomes such as improved liquidity, stronger supplier engagement, increased programme utilisation and enhanced operational efficiency.

How you'll do it

  • Own and develop a portfolio of corporate customer relationships.
  • Create and execute account plans aligned to customer objectives and business priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for programme growth, expansion and increased adoption.
  • Engage stakeholders across treasury, finance, procurement, supply chain and executive leadership teams.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategic account discussions.
  • Build compelling commercial cases for programme enhancement and expansion.
  • Partner closely with implementation, product, operations and client services teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility and opportunity management disciplines.
  • Stay informed on market trends, working capital developments and Supply Chain Finance innovation.
  • Represent FIS at customer meetings, industry events and executive engagements where appropriate.
  • Capture and share customer feedback to support go-to-market and product development initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in account management, relationship management or customer success within financial services, fintech or B2B technology environments.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience identifying and developing revenue growth opportunities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders.
  • Experience managing strategic customer accounts and delivering customer retention outcomes.
  • Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and customer engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience operating in a consultative, customer-focused environment.
  • Professional fluency in English.

Preferred experience

  • Experience within Supply Chain Finance, Working Capital Solutions, Trade Finance or related financial services products.
  • Knowledge of the Demica platform or similar Supply Chain Finance technology solutions.
  • Experience working with large corporate or multinational organisations.
  • Understanding of treasury, procurement, finance or supply chain functions.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments across multiple business functions.
  • Exposure to financial technology, SaaS or platform-based solutions.
  • Additional language capabilities.
