As a SWIFT Technical Consultant, you will collaborate with international clients to deliver exceptional customer support, especially when advanced troubleshooting is needed. You’ll work closely with the Operations team to help maintain and enhance SWIFT’s high-performance platforms. Additionally, your responsibilities include participating in a monthly on-call rotation and handling complex customer onboarding projects.
The team supports hundreds of customers using the service, with excellence. The team operates critical infrastructure running 24/7 over multiple sites. Engineer lead software provides SWIFT applications expertise both internally and externally.
What you will be doing:
- Level 3 customer support and monthly on‑call rotation.
- Involved in service improvements, evolutions, and upgrades of the platform.
- Improving the platform with automation.
- Managing customer onboarding projects.
What you will need:
- Knowledge of SWIFT general concepts and messaging protocols.
- Strong experience with SWIFT Alliance software suite (Access, Gateway).
- +5 years of experience.
- Experience with OS administration (Linux or Windows).
- Experience with scripting languages (OS shell, Python) and/or automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins).
- High level of autonomy.
- Advanced English speaker, optionally French speaker.
