What you will be doing
- Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact‑finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
- Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems.
- Translate business needs/end‑user requirements into functional specifications that describe what the system, process or product/service must do to fulfil the end‑user/business requirements.
- Complete application acceptance, validate, modify and test configuration work and business workflow requirements.
- Deliver high quality solutions for implementations, conversions, migrations, upgrades and integration projects.
What you bring
- Proven BA / Consultation experience.
- Extensive commercial lending knowledge / experience.
- Knowledge of related products and services.
- Knowledge of end‑to‑end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, agile, iterative and other modern approaches to software development.
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model‑driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
- Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients.
- Ability to work to tight timelines, be commercially aware, and have the ability to work well within a team structure and independently.
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work efforts.
