About the role

As a Product Manager, you will own product initiatives end‑to‑end, from early discovery and problem definition through delivery, launch, and post‑release optimisation. You will work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, define a clear product vision, and independently drive execution. This role requires strong ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. You will be accountable for translating customer needs and commercial objectives into well‑defined product outcomes, managing priorities, and ensuring that delivered solutions create measurable value for customers and the business.

About the team

You will be part of a collaborative product organisation that partners closely with Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, Operations, and client‑facing teams. The team is responsible for defining product direction, shaping the roadmap, and delivering high‑quality platform capabilities for Supply Chain Finance. As a Product Manager, you will act as the primary point of ownership for your product areas, working with a high degree of autonomy while contributing to broader product strategy and best practices across the organisation.

What you will be doing

  • Own and drive product initiatives independently, from idea generation and discovery through delivery, launch, and continuous improvement.
  • Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to identify problems, validate opportunities, and define clear product outcomes.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that enable efficient delivery.
  • Partner with Engineering on solution design, trade‑offs, and delivery planning, ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
  • Lead cross‑functional execution, coordinating across Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, and Operations to ensure successful releases.
  • Own release readiness, including validation, issue management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Analyse product performance and customer feedback post‑release and use insights to inform future improvements.
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert for your product areas, confidently representing product decisions to internal and external stakeholders.

What you will need

  • Experience working in a product‑focused role or similar environment involving requirement.
  • Proven experience in a Product Manager or similar product ownership role, with responsibility for taking products or features from concept to production.
  • Strong ability to work independently, make prioritisation decisions, and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
  • Experience gathering and synthesising customer and stakeholder input into clear product direction and requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross‑functional teams.
  • Solid understanding of agile delivery practices and working closely with Engineering teams.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, with comfort managing multiple initiatives concurrently.
