Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially minded Go‑To‑Market Lead to help accelerate growth across FIS’s Working Capital Solutions (Platform) proposition.

The role sits at the centre of sales, marketing, product, business development and leadership, turning strategy into disciplined execution.

You will define the operating rhythm, sharpen messaging, build and improve sales collateral, support seller enablement, and create measurable campaigns that increase market engagement, seller participation and pipeline coverage.

  • What you will be doing
  • Build and run the GTM operating framework for Working Capital Solutions (Platform), translating commercial priorities into clear campaigns, targets, actions, owners and cadence.
  • Increase seller engagement and cross‑sell penetration across the Lending sales organisation by creating clear rules of engagement, practical enablement and consistent follow‑up with sellers and sales managers.
  • Strengthen sales messaging and collateral by taking stock of existing material, assessing whether it is fit for purpose, identifying gaps and coordinating the creation of sharper pitch decks, use‑case narratives, scripts and client‑facing content.
  • Drive measurable pipeline outcomes by tracking weekly activity, introductions, campaign performance, pipeline evolution and conversion, with a focus on improving corporate pipeline coverage and execution discipline.
  • Develop targeted campaigns for platform clients, focused on segmentation between Tier1 customers and the emerging opportunity with smaller to mid‑sized banks.
  • Activate partner‑led channels with consulting firms and other intermediaries by developing scripts, engagement models, collateral and conversion processes that turn advisory relationships into qualified opportunities.
  • Improve direct marketing and business development execution, including outbound campaign design, inbound follow‑up, website and digital messaging, trade show preparation, Linked In activity and coordination between business development and sellers.
  • Use tools, data and AI‑enabled content platforms to improve targeting, campaign execution, content creation and performance measurement, including better adoption of available sales enablement platforms.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders across corporate sales, Working Capital Solutions specialists, marketing, product and leadership to ensure priorities are aligned and execution remains focused on the highest‑value opportunities.
  • What you will need
  • Experience in go‑to‑market execution, commercial strategy, sales enablement, business development or marketing within financial services, fintech, enterprise software or B2B solutions.
  • A practical understanding of working capital solutions, ideally including supply chain finance, receivables finance, treasury, corporate finance or Lending‑led propositions.
  • Strong commercial discipline, with the ability to turn broad growth objectives into specific campaigns, activity targets, operating cadence and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across sales, marketing, product, senior management and partner organisations.
  • Ability to create, review and improve sales collateral, messaging, scripts and enablement material for different audiences and use cases.
  • Comfort using CRM, sales enablement, digital marketing and data tools to manage activity, monitor performance and improve execution.
  • A proactive, structured and outcome‑oriented style, with the confidence to bring discipline to teams, challenge current ways of working and maintain momentum.
  • Success in this role will look like
  • A clear, documented GTM plan with defined campaigns, target segments, actions, owners and reporting cadence.
  • Materially higher seller engagement across the Lending organisation, supported by better messaging, collateral and manager involvement.
  • Improved visibility of campaign performance, introductions, qualified opportunities and pipeline progression.
  • A stronger and more consistent market‑facing narrative for Working Capital Solutions (Platform) across corporate and partner‑led channels.
  • A more disciplined, repeatable approach to business development, direct marketing and cross‑sell execution.
