About the team
Monis is the global leader in convertible bond and equity-linked data, analytics, trading & risk systems. Serving hundreds of clients and thousands of users across the sell-side and buy-side, Monis enables users to make informed, rapid decisions for issuing, trading or investing in convertible bonds and related derivatives based on the comprehensive analysis of complex market variables. The convertible bond software delivers a complete portfolio overview and enables the evaluation of different trading strategies and management of risk across all trading books, helping to efficiently identify market opportunities.
What you will be doing
- The role is to support traders, portfolio managers and risk managers using the Monis software, both technically and functionally.
- Perform small projects including new client onboarding and upgrades.
- Provide in-depth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
- Provide quantitative analysis where required.
- Engage with prospective clients during the sales process.
- Build long-term relationships with our clients through your continued support of their applications and related business challenges.
- Contribute to the evolution of our products and services by serving as an access point to our product management process.
- Document client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
What you bring
- Strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge in programming, business analysis or implementation of software products.
- Organizational and time management skills required.
- Self-starter with proven ability to work independently.
