Employee Relations Advisor Specialist 9 Month FTC
What you will be doing:
As an Employee Relations (ER) Advisor Specialist you will work as a trusted advisor with line managers across the business, providing advice and guidance on UK employee relations matters in accordance with our policies and procedures, to ensure a fair and consistent approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance to management on employee relations matters including disciplinary, performance, grievance and flexible working, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
- Conduct thorough investigations into intricate, HR-related employee grievances and ethics cases, resolving conflicts and recommending appropriate actions.
- Manage consultation actions such as TUPE and redundancy consultation (both collective and individual consultation).
- Handle sensitive, in-depth, involuntary terminations.
- Deliver training programs for managers on employee relations topics, such as conflict resolution and effective communication.
- Policy coaching for managers on performance management, disciplinary and flexible working process.
