As we kick off a new year, we’re excited to welcome a Masonry Customer Service/Dispatcher to our Christchurch team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — ensuring that customer orders are processed promptly, accurately, and efficiently. Your mission is to make sure every delivery is in full, on time, and in spec, while optimizing dispatch processes to achieve cost-effective outcomes for the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through timely and accurate order processing
  • Coordinate and facilitate customer deliveries with precision and care
  • Ensure dispatching is done efficiently to minimize costs and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Monitor delivery schedules and proactively resolve any issues or delays
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards of service and product quality
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of orders and deliveries

What You Will Bring

  • Full Driver’s Licence required. Forklift licence and OSH is preferred although we can provide support for the right candidate
  • While a background in either concrete batching or dispatching will be advantageous to this role, it will also be important you are able to demonstrate:
  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and computer skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Proven experience in customer service, logistics, or delivery coordination
