You will translate a North American playbook for European procurement, works councils and regulators, and shape a high-velocity regional go-to-market with a new pod including SDRs and Account Executives.
You will also hire the initial team, carry a quota, and align cross-functional activity with product feedback to steer regional growth and customer success.
